美國聯邦儲備局維持利率及量化寬鬆規模不變，並首次在議息聲明提到，準備好根
據經濟變化，調整購買資產的步伐，有分析認為，美國今年都會維持量化寬鬆規模
不變，甚至有機會加碼量寬。
後來才知道FRB其實是一間私人銀行! 美國財政系統擁有如此怪誕的事實，怪不得之前有那麼多這樣那樣關於聯儲局陰謀論的傳言啦!
