Dell Acquires SonicWall: Oh NO!
Sometimes it really makes you wonder why big corporation collects rubbishes just to expand their portfolio.
Well I am absolutely speechless when I saw the title today, so it’s time to sell your NASDAQ:DELL.

Really!
SonicWALL is really a rubbish h/w firewall manufacturer. I have a very bad experience on it.
That’s why I am not sure what Michael Dell is thinking? They really should select carefully for their next acquisition, well may be Dell got too much cash on hand and didn’t know where to spend.
If this become true, then this appliance is the only one product in Dell that I definitely not to buy.
Just learn that Dell has acquired Wyse Technology, that’s a smart move, I have been using Wyse Apps on my iPhone for a while accessing RDP and View, their thin client stuff is solid.
So it’s time to buy NASDAQ:DELL again.
Oh…I really hope Dell will also acquire VMW shortly.
I have Checkpoint 2070, 3070, IP380, IP390 UTMs, also Juniper SRX1400 UTM, also a lot of Cisco ASA firewalls and PIX firewalsl under my team’s support. I also have multiple Sonicwall for non-critical environment. Be frank, Sonicwall is excellent at its price.
